Every order is supplied with a tracking number.
  • Orders are processed Monday-Friday and please allow 24-48 hours for processing orders and to receive tracking number/confirmation of order shipment.
  • Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that you will receive your package within the time frame expected. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch (make sure you watch out for your dispatch email.)
  • Alessi Swim ​DOES NOT​ hold responsibility for damaged, lost or stolen packages.Please ensure that you ​provide your daytime delivery address and contact number ​as we cannot leave parcels unattended in your letterbox or at your front door. We are also unable to re-direct orders once they have been dispatched, so ensure all details are entered correctly at checkout. 
  • Alessi Swim does not ship to PO Boxes to countries other than Australia.
